Retreats

What to Expect

At Eagle Rock National Center, our retreats are designed for one purpose.
To help families reconnect.
Many arrive feeling overwhelmed. Disconnected. Unsure where to begin.
Here, you are given the space to slow down, breathe, and start again together.

A Place Set Apart

You will step into an environment that feels different from everyday life.
A place that is:

This space allows you to focus on what matters most.
Your family.

What Your Stay Looks Like

We take care of the details so you can focus on healing.
During your retreat, you can expect:

You do not need to prepare anything beyond showing up.

What You Will Experience

Each retreat is designed to meet you where you are.
You will take part in:

Everything is created to support the whole family.

For the Whole Family

This is not just for one person. Healing happens together. Every family member is included:
Each person is given space to be heard, understood, and supported.

What Makes This Different

Our retreats are not just about stepping away.
They are about moving forward.
What sets this experience apart:

A focus on the entire family, not just the individual

A balance of emotional, relational, and spiritual support

A safe place where no one has to explain their experience

Guidance from people who understand military life

This is a place where families begin to rebuild.

What You Leave With

The retreat does not end when you go home.
Families leave with:

You leave with a path forward.

Before and After the Retreat

Support does not begin or end at the retreat.
We walk with you through the process:

You are not alone in this journey.
